EV Charging Stations
Electric Vehicle charging stations are located in the garage of Building 1 and the south side of Building 4.  They are part of the ChargePoint network, which allows you to use their app.  Tenants receive a discount by using this link: https://chargepoint.app.link/Md05wgJoymb and using the connection code: AATEGEV.


Our amenity building houses a fitness center, conference center and deli.
Building 2 (15355) 

Fitness Center
Eastgate offers a full fitness center including a basketball court, racquetball court, cardio room, weight room, fitness studio and locker rooms with showers.  Lockers are available for rent if you would like to use it overnight and between visits.  


Conference Center
On the second floor is a newly remodeled conference facility with two meeting rooms for Tenant’s use. 

• The conference room has a maximum occupancy of 68 people and features a new state-of-the-art A/V system, including media projector, sound system, wi-fi, large whiteboard and furniture that can be arranged in a number of configurations.
• The boardroom features a conference table that seats 8-10, smart tv for media presentations, camera, speaker and microphone.
• The kitchenette can be used by either room and features a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.

Sister's Deli
An on-site cafe features a full menu of lunch, breakfast and coffee options.  Catering is available as well.
